Structural features:

1. PLC control (not controlled by single-chip microcomputer): strong anti-interference ability, strong adaptability to the environment, stable and reliable performance, convenient maintenance, and no crash phenomenon during use.

2. Color touch screen operation interface (non-mechanical keys): generous and beautiful, equipment parameters and simple operation, can query production records, connect with customer computers and print data.

3. Full-automatic sewing machine (non-semi-automatic): photoelectric induction control of sewing machine start-up, automatic thread trimming and tail thread length can be adjusted.

4. The squirrel-conveyor roller adopts the squirrel-cage type (non-cylindrical roller): it can prevent the material from being caught between the belt and the roller and causing the belt to run off the scene. The conveyor is equipped with a speed regulation function.

5. Equipped with 3 load cells (not one): Compared with 1 load cell, it has the characteristics of strong stability, long service life and high weighing accuracy. The double bucket scale is equipped with 6 load cells.

6. Belt frequency conversion three-level feeding (non-single spiral two-level, non-frequency conversion feeding): using belt fast, medium and slow three-level feeding, and equipped with frequency conversion debugging function, can effectively control the accuracy of materials

7. Out-of-tolerance alarm function: When the error of the packaging scale exceeds the set allowable error value, an audible and visual alarm will be issued. Press the "Cancel" key to accept the error and continue the following procedure.

8. Counting function: display the total number of packaged packages (excluding manual mode).

9. Dust removal connection is reserved: directly connected to the negative pressure in the customer's workshop to prevent dust generated during packaging. If the customer's workshop does not have negative pressure, it is recommended to configure another set of pulse dust collector.
